Overview
These terms outline how Waste Services Group (WSG) may use approved client content for marketing, communications, training and business development purposes.
By providing consent via the Client Marketing Consent Form, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Authority to Consent
You confirm that you are authorised to provide consent on behalf of the business identified in the form and have the necessary internal approvals to do so.
2. Grant of Licence
You grant WSG, its subsidiary divisions and related entities a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt and publish the approved content.
This includes use across the channels selected in the consent form, such as websites, social media, marketing materials, proposals, and other business communications.
3. Use of Content
WSG will use the approved content solely for purposes related to:
- Marketing and brand promotion
- Communications and publications
- Training and internal use
- Business development activities
WSG will take reasonable care to ensure content is used appropriately and in line with your brand and any agreed limitations.
4. Confidentiality and Restrictions
WSG will take reasonable steps not to disclose commercially sensitive or confidential information.
Any specific restrictions or limitations on content use must be clearly outlined in the consent form (Section 2). WSG will make reasonable efforts to comply with these requirements.
5. Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent for future use at any time by providing written notice to your WSG representative.
Upon withdrawal:
- WSG will cease creating any new materials using your content
- Existing materials already published or in circulation may continue to be used (e.g. printed brochures, past social media posts, tender submissions)
6. Intellectual Property
You confirm that:
- The content you are approving does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- All necessary permissions and approvals have been obtained prior to granting consent
